Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. All Dark Fox orders are sent with Royal Mail and include tracking.

Delivery options

Standard Tracked — £4.99

Royal Mail Tracked 48
Delivery aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Express — £6.99

Royal Mail Tracked 24
Delivery aim: next working day after dispatch

The estimated delivery timeframe for each available option will also be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

Pre-orders

If an item is available for pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page or at checkout before you place your order.

Your chosen delivery service begins after your order has been dispatched. Choosing Express delivery does not bring forward the dispatch date of a pre-order.

If the estimated dispatch date changes, we'll let you know.

Things to know

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If your parcel is delayed, or your tracking shows that it has been delivered but you can't find it, contact us using the contact details on our website and we'll help investigate.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control.
