Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Dark Fox order. If something isn’t right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Once you’ve told us you’d like to return an item, you have a further 14 days to send it back to us.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item should be returned in the same condition you received it:

• Unworn and unwashed

• With the original tags attached

• Free from marks, damage or signs of wear

You’ll also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

You’re welcome to try your item on as you would in a shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to decide whether you want to keep it, and this has reduced its value, we may make an appropriate deduction from your refund where permitted by law.

This may include items returned with makeup, fake tan, deodorant, fragrance, pet hair or other signs of wear.

How to make a return

To request a return, contact us at customerservice@darkfoxstudio.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been accepted, we’ll send you a Royal Mail returns label along with instructions on how to send your parcel back.

A £2.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund when you use our returns label.

Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Where there is a problem with your order, we’ll work with you to put it right.

You will not be charged the £2.99 return fee for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Sale and promotional items

Sale and promotional items can be returned in accordance with this policy.

Purchasing an item at a reduced or promotional price does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Pre-orders

Items purchased on pre-order are covered by the same returns policy as other Dark Fox products.

Your 14-day return period begins when you receive your order, not when the pre-order was originally placed.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order separately.

This is usually the quickest way to secure the size or item you want.

Refunds

We’ll let you know once we’ve received and reviewed your return.

If your return is approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method, less the £2.99 return fee where applicable.

If you cancel and return your entire order within your statutory cancellation period, we’ll also refund the cost of our standard delivery service. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, such as Express delivery, any delivery refund will be limited to the cost of our standard delivery service.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund after we have issued it.

Your cancellation rights

For most items purchased online, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without having to give a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

The direct cost of returning an unwanted item is your responsibility. If you use our Royal Mail returns service, the £2.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

These rights are in addition to your other statutory consumer rights.
